Espresso, pour-over and everything between
Mosaic Brew comes in three roasts, and each one suits a different cup. The medium roast is bright and sweet as a pour-over, with notes of dates and stone fruit. The medium-dark brings cinnamon and cedar to a flat white. The dark roast is bold enough for an iced coffee on a hot Chiang Mai afternoon.
Proceeds from Mosaic Brew support mental health awareness and suicide prevention education across Asia, so the coffee does a little good on its way to you.
Near the Night Bazaar, away from the noise
